Requirement: Must be logged in to Staples.com account
Step 1: Navigate to the Add Receipt link under Quick Links on the right hand side of the Rewards Main page.
Step 2: Choose the type of purchase from the options (Store, Catalog/Phone, Online).
Step 3: Enter the required information from your store receipt, or your order number, then click submit.
Store Receipts: Enter the 17-digit barcoded number at the bottom of your receipt.
Catalog/Phone/Online Orders: Enter the 10-digit order number, and 6-digit shipment number. The shipment number is the number of boxes that were shipped for that order. For example, if you were shipped two boxes for one order, enter the order number and enter 000001 in the shipment number field for box one, enter the same order number and enter 000002 for box two. Continue this process for each box in your shipment. A maximum of 10 submissions will be accepted per day per customer. Purchases are applied to your account within 5 days after they have been validated. Purchases from the prior 2 calendar quarters can be submitted for validation.
